Team Coordinator

Global, prestigious, sporting organisation, require a proactive, organised and passionate individual to assist with the administration of their sporting wheelchair programme and in particular assisting with the organisation and administration of the tour, team and individuals.

In this busy and varied role of Coordinator you will provide support with:

  • Providing a high level of customer service and administration to all stakeholders and players
  • Liaise and provide a high level of administration support to tour organisers
  • Administering weekly publication or rankings
  • Administer and organisation of events – with occasional travel
  • Assist with the preparation of distribution information to stakeholders
  • Create and publish new content/articles weekly
  • Preparation and distribution of invoices and collection of monies

To fulfil the role of Coordinator you will have:

  • A keen interest and understanding in sport and/or disability sport
  • Excellent administration/minute taking, organisation and multi-tasking abilities
  • Event/Project administration experience
  • Enthusiastic and motivated approach
  • Advanced IT skills – within Microsoft office
  • Fluency in English (fluent written and spoken) is essential and other languages would be an advantage
