Harris Jones’ vibrant team has worked together for between 8 – 20 years – unusual for our industry. This means that you get the continuity of communication, knowledge and experience that is essential when you are looking to recruit.

Relationship building is what we enjoy. It is the most seamless and efficient way to identify your recruitment needs, and match a candidate who will prove successful in your organisation. Being independent, we are not commission led to just deliver a ‘number’ of candidates.

Equally, this applies to our candidates who we always meet with in person. We determine all their positive aspects and where any challenges could lie so we can prepare them ready for the job role they want.

This has led to us building an extensive database of candidates (who like to stay with us) that has largely grown through recommendations and referrals.
