Amanda founded Harris Jones Recruitment in 1993. Her strong belief that a recruitment agency should lead by example and be as good as its people, has led to a thriving consultancy where the majority of her team have been with the company for between 8 – 30 years. This means a superb consistency of service for clients and candidates alike.

If only... If she didn't have to come to work tomorrow, Amanda would love to spend a day in New York indulging her passion for shopping and fine dining, topped off with an evening sipping Cosmopolitans in a stylish Manhattan night spot.

In another life... Amanda would be taking centre stage on a sell-out world tour.

Jacqui Earles-Barrett



Amanda's very first recruit, Jacqui, has worked for Harris Jones for over 25 years. Relationship building is Jacqui’s passion having nurtured long term relationships with many of South West London's leading employers. Her loyal following of candidates sees them seek her out time and again as they progress through their careers.

If only... If she didn't have to come to work tomorrow, Jacqui would enjoy a relaxing day of facials, manicures and massages.

In another life... Jacqui would escape to France and manage her very own vineyard.

Angela McSorley

Business Manager


Angela has over 30 years experience within recruitment, 20 of which have been spent at Harris Jones. She is 100% committed to her candidates, working exceptionally hard to ensure each is able to make a positive contribution in each of the organisations in which they are placed. Always putting the best person forward for any given job, Angela prides herself on 'doing her homework' before she places any candidate.

If only... If she didn't have to come to work tomorrow, Angela would take a break from her normally frenetic schedule and enjoy a day of utter relaxation at a spa.

In another life... Angela would put a little something back by working for a mental healthcare charity.

Business Manager


Tara joined Harris Jones in March 2001, following a 14 year career within Finance. Tara's enthusiasm and drive to always go the extra mile with candidates and clients is well received by all.

If only... If she didn't have to come to work tomorrow, Tara would be on the tennis court, trying to perfect her skills.

In another life... Tara would be enjoying the riches of life, travelling the globe.
