Senior Customer Care Advisor

12 month contract

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on providing first class customer service and to be a key contact for specified customers and ensure their needs for information and support are covered efficiently.

As the Senior Customer Care Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Answering calls and emails, ensuring all orders and enquiries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
  • Supporting the sales team, through building efficient and effective commercial relationships with customers
  • Taking the lead with escalations, issues and checking accuracy of larger customers
  • Processing sales orders and order management for customers across UK and Europe
  • Working closely with the Finance team to ensure pricing/invoicing queries and credit claims are resolved
  • Managing order management process against agreed customer expectations
  • Documenting standard operating procedures, review and update to improve efficiency
  • Working with the planning & logistics teams to ensure stock is available to supply customers

The successful candidate for the role of Senior Customer Care Advisor will have:

  • Proven customer service experience, working with orders of products
  • Strong communication skills
  • An understanding of the process of logistics operation
  • Very strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • The ability to prioritise whilst maintaining orderly accurate and up to date information
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
