Senior Administrator
International, specialist executive search organisation requires an experienced administrator to join them, in this exciting period of growth for the business. This role is integral to the business and requires someone with first class communication skills, to provide support with producing high end presentations and client documentations as well as providing dedicated administrative support to a team of busy executives.
In this developing role, you will initially be responsible for:
- Creating high end presentation documents utilising Word and or PowerPoint
- Recreate text from an initial brief to ensure correct grammar and continuity
- Provide support with taking calls and responding to emails
- Diary Management & some PA support duties
- Providing ad hoc project support
As the company continues to grow, diversifying across different business sectors and expanding globally, this role will potentially evolve to manage and coordinate a team of administrators to support different business functions.
To fulfil the role of Executive Administrator, you will have/be:
- Proven administration skills, providing support to a busy team
- Experience of creating documentation for presentations, bids or similar
- ability to include hyperlinks, pictures, tables and text
- Advanced Word and PowerPoint skills
- Creative writing skills or strong written communication skills
- Degree educated or equivalent
