International digital imaging brand requires a strong team player, with a proactive approach to join them as a Sales Support Administrator, to support Account Managers and retailers.

As Sales Support Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Managing outbound call cycle and act as main point of contact for assigned retailers.
- Manage stock allocation, ensure invoices are correctly processed and coordinate logistics and deliveries
- Process faulty product returns
- Provide support with online ordering platform
- Ad hoc support with projects relating to operations.
The successful candidate for the role of Sales Support Administrator will:
- Have strong IT skills, including Word and Excel, with working knowledge of SAP desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills, with experience or working in an office environment
- Must be comfortable speaking with retailers on the phone
- Strong communication skills, with accuracy and attention to detail
- Have a degree or equivalent.
