Specialist, leading recruitment consultancy require an experienced administrator to support their busy team.

Based in Richmond

Salary up to 25k dependent on experience

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to expand their skills and establish a career within a recruitment environment.

As recruitment administrator your role will involve:

  • Supporting the Senior Recruitment Consultants by searching for suitable candidates for all live roles.
  • Arrange Client side interviews and manage interview logistics.
  • Capture all candidate and client conversations and relevant interviews within in-house database.
  • Arrange and capture all follow up activity in database.
  • Ensure that every applicant that applies receives a response and their expectations are managed appropriately throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain effective communications with Management Team on a daily basis.
  • Ensure effective Outlook mailbox management and archive all mails on a daily basis if already actioned.
  • Assist with any other project based administration as required.

The successful candidate for the role of recruitment administrator will have:

  • Proven administration experience, ideally within a recruitment environment, although not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and outlook
  • Strong administration skills
  • Ability to multi-task, with excellent time management skills
