Technical Photography Support Agent
International digital imaging brand require a Technical Photography Support Assistant with a keen interest in photography and the photographic market with some office based experience, to provide first class support and technical support to its professional services members and key account business customers. As the Technical Photography Support Assistant you will be responsible for:

First line customer contact for members via phone line, email and in person

Key account management of business customers

Event coordination and support
-
Processing new membership applications through online registration portal

Maintaining office demonstration stock

Some weekend / evenings to facilitate events
The successful candidate for the role of Technical Photography Support Assistant will have/be:
- Keen interest in photography and photographic market
- Have experience of working in an office environment
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Technical knowledge of cameras and be able to overlap with the repair process.
- Be knowledgeable/interested/experienced in what makes a camera work from a technical/mechanical perspective, as well as what images it can produce.
- Have min. 2 A levels or equivalent at grade C or above
In return the Technical Photography Support Assistant will receive a basic salary of £20-25,000. You will also receive 27 days holiday plus bank holidays. The company offer a company pension, private medical care, travel allowance, discount on products and more. Hours are 9-5.30 with an early finish on Fridays.
