You will be part of a newly formed area of the business, which oversees the integrity of the sport, supporting an expanding team with their administration.

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with the building facilities team regarding any facilities issues
- Work in conjunction with with an outsourced HR team to ensure:
- HR records are updated and managed
- Maintenance of office and HR policies
- Management of recruitment and selection, plus new starter onboarding
- Payroll, pension and benefits administration
- Ensuring office supplies and resources are negotiated at a good price and restocked as required
- Finance support
- Processing invoices, expenses and office expenditure v's budget
- Administration support
- Setting up efficient systems and processes
- Providing diary and travel management support for CEO
- IT Support
- Coordinate the provision of laptops and other hardware as required by staff
- Liaise with IT support teams to ensure the smooth running of the business
To fulfil the role of Office Manager you will have/be:
- Proven Office Management experience, overseeing Administration, Finance, IT and HR Functions within a business
- A good understanding of scheduling payroll
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical approach to finding solutions to problems that arise
- Keen attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite
