Global, prestigious, sporting organisation, require a proactive, organised, results driven office manager to oversee the smooth running of the business functions on a day-to-day basis.  You will be part of a newly formed area of the business, which oversees the integrity of the sport, supporting an expanding team with their administration.

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with the building facilities team regarding any facilities issues
  • Work in conjunction with with an outsourced HR team to ensure: 
    • HR records are updated and managed
    • Maintenance of office and HR policies
    • Management of recruitment and selection, plus new starter onboarding
  • Payroll, pension and benefits administration 
  • Ensuring office supplies and resources are negotiated at a good price and restocked as required 
  • Finance support 
    • Processing invoices, expenses and office expenditure v's budget 
  • Administration support 
    • Setting up efficient systems and processes
    • Providing diary and travel management support for CEO 
  • IT Support
    • Coordinate the provision of laptops and other hardware as required by staff
    • Liaise with IT support teams to ensure the smooth running of the business 

To fulfil the role of Office Manager you will have/be: 

  • Proven Office Management experience, overseeing Administration, Finance, IT and HR Functions within a business 
  • A good understanding of scheduling payroll 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Analytical approach to finding solutions to problems that arise 
  • Keen attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite
