Learning and Development Business Partner - 18 month fixed term contract
Dynamic, global organisation require a commercially aware Learning & Development Business Partner, to build the competency frameworks and manage cohesive deployment of functional training programmes across their commercial and marketing teams. As Learning & Development Business Partner you will be responsible for:
- Driving the L&D agenda across the business, shaping and executing L&D strategy to strengthen people and performance across the organisation
- Partner with subject matter experts across the business to shape functional competency frameworks
- Working with them to ensure training interventions are delivered in line with annual L&D plans
- Partner with the Global HR team on the annual performance management cycle
- Talent and succession and budget cycle to ensure a robust approach.
To be considered for the role of Learning & Development Business Partner, you will have / be:
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development Business Partner
- Strong strategic thinker who has the ability to navigate through ambiguity
- Solid understanding of L&D principles - bringing to life functional training programmes
This is a fixed term contract initially for 18 months - based in Richmond, Surrey. Competitive salary and benefits package.
