International digital imaging brand require an experienced customer service or administration assistant, with some office based experience, to provide first class support to designated account managers and customers.

In this role, you will be providing after sales support and some of the principal responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing an outbound call cycle and being main point of contact for assigned retailers 
  • Managing stock allocation within the business guidelines
  • Monitor the sales support inbox and action and respond to emails as required 
  • Ensure invoices are correctly processed 
  • Answer calls and assist or direct queries as required 
  • Support with ad hoc projects 

To be considered for the role of Customer Support Agent, you will have: 

  • A'Levels or equivalent 
  • Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills 
  • Experience of working in an office environment 
  • Excellent time management skills, proactive, with the ability to work independently 
  • Strong communication skills, must be comfortable speaking with a variety of people on the phone. 

Immediate start - £18,000 - £21,000 dependent on experience,
