Customer Care Advisor - Temporary Assignment to start at the end of February

Well known European luxury product brand, require an experienced customer service advisor to be responsible for providing support to a variety of UK retailers and European distributors.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has proven experience of working with a product and thrives on providing first class customer service and to be a key contact for specified customers and ensure their needs for information and support are covered efficiently.
This role is based in Central Richmond and starts at the end of February and is on-going for a couple of months. £13 per hour + holiday pay
In the role of customer care advisor your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering calls and emails, ensuring all orders and enquiries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
- Enter Invoices onto customer portals
- Process customer orders and ensure payments allocated
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure pricing/invoicing queries and credit claims are resolved
- Assist Sales & Marketing team as required
- Work with the planning & logistics teams to ensure stock is available to supply customers
To complete the role of customer care advisor you will have:
- Proven customer service experience, working with orders of products
- Strong communication skills
- Understand the process of logistics operation
- Ability to prioritise whilst maintaining orderly accurate and up to date paperwork.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
