Customer Account Manager required to support one of the UKs leading financial tech start ups, based in Teddington, Middlesex.

In this sales focussed role you will be part of the team, ensuring customers are retained to support the growth of the business.

Competitive basic salary of £22-25k with a realistic OTE of £45k. Monthly uncapped commission structure, stock options and fantastic career progression opportunities.

As part of the Customer Success team you will:

  • Contact clients by phone and email, ensuring they are achieving the level of service they expect
  • Be responsible for onboarding new professionals to the company's site
  • Work towards targets both individually and team based.
  • Build strong relationships with professionals, ensuring they get the most from the site and that they are engaged with the company's mission.
  • Provide support with administrative tasks as required
