Administrator (Client Accounts Team)

Richmond – office based but one day per week from home after probation

Permanent job with excellent benefits and prospects

£24-26,000

As the Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Answering and solving queries from landlords, tenants, other head office departments and from branches
  • Managing daily payments to contractors and landlords including rent and credits
  • Processing payments of deposit returns to outgoing tenants
  • Assisting with approval of bank details
  • Being a team player and assisting the rest of the team with their daily processes, as required.

The successful candidate for the role of Administrator will:

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication
  • Accurate IT skills
  • Be confident with figures/accounts type duties
  • Have customer service experience
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Have a flair for good customer service and may have a retail or be a graduate looking for a first job opportunity

In return the Administrator will receive a basic salary of £24-26,000. 25 days holiday, Company pension and private medical. Company discounts, loans, training, and much more.
