Temporary Administrator - Immediate start - potentially for up to 12 weeks - £12 - £13 per hour + holiday pay.
Award winning, multi-retailer of market leading B2C brands, requires an experienced Admin assistant to support the team during a period of growth. The company is based between Barnes and Hammersmith and have a dynamic and collaborative culture. You will enjoy a beautiful, dog friendly office with a brilliant team, regular socials, flexible working options and after a period of training the option to work 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
In the role of administrator, some of your key duties will include:
- Making purchases from their supplier base
- Chasing suppliers for delivery dates and communicating this with the team
- Managing product returns back to the suppliers
- Ad hoc administrative support
To fulfil the role of administrator you will have/be:
- Previous experience gained within an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Exceptional organisational skills with a positive 'can do' attitude
