Training Coordinator

International digital imaging brand requires a Training Coordinator, with excellent interpersonal skills to assist in the day-to-today running of photography training courses.

As the Training Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Registering training delegates for online and on location workshops 
  • Managing all administrative duties relating to the daily running of the training department. 
  • Responding to training enquiry e-mails within 24 hours 
  • Supporting the Training Manager in the day to day running of the training department and delivery of training courses 
  • Customer contact for all training activities & events 
  • Answering customers’ photography questions & enquiries 
  • Assisting in the delivery of training courses to retailers or customers 
  • Attending external events, courses and photographic shows, as required

The successful candidate for the role of Training Coordinator will:

  • Be degree educated or equivalent
  • Have a keen interest in photography and photographic market
  • Have knowledge of Photoshop/image-editing software
  • Have an understanding of video conferencing software
  • Professional use of social media platforms - e.g. Instagram
  • Have an interest in technology and strong IT skills and excellent customer service experience
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skilss

In return, the Training Coordinator will receive a basic salary of circa £18,000 - £21,000, dependent on experience. You will also receive 27 days holiday plus bank holidays. The company offers a company pension, private medical care, discount on products and more. Hours are 9-5.30, Monday-Friday, with an early finish on Friday
