Team Assistant

Well established charity, based in beautiful grounds requires an experienced administrator to support them on a temporary basis for the next 3 - 6 months. 

In the role of Senior Administrator you will provide support with a variety of tasks, including: 

  • Receive visitors into reception and handle all telephone enquiries and general correspondence 
  • Draft correspondence as and when required.
  • Liaise and support with other departments as required
  • Organise meetings and minute taking
  • Manage the events diary
  • Take bookings for the conference room, training room and data projector 
  • Maintain a record of incoming and outgoing mail 
  • Maintain and order stationary and hospitality provisions
  • Issue a variety of permits, parking permits, work permits
  • Carry out a variety of financial duties, following training to use the financial system eBis, raising purchase orders and invoices.
  • Filling out monthly commitments and debtors lists.

To be considered for the role of Senior Administrator you will have: 

  • Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Team player, with a flexible and adaptable approach 
  • Previous Administration/secretarial experience
  • Must be a car driver, due to location of the offices 

Immediate start for 3 - 6 months, full time hours Monday to Friday 

£12 per hour.
