Team Assistant - Richmond - 3 month initial contract with potential to extend. 

An exciting time to join this dynamic, global organisation in the premium drinks industry who require a Team Assistant to provide secretarial and administration support to regional directors. You will enjoy an early finish every Friday, flexible working hours and a generous product allocation plus other excellent benefits. Offices are based in Central Richmond and close by to Richmond station however, currently they are working from home.

As Team Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Providing professional administrative support to the directors including; typing and editing of correspondence, management reports
  • Managing the daily diary of appointments/meetings and organising all travel arrangements
  • Acting as first point of contact and welcome; screening/fielding calls, where necessary
  • Arranging all aspects of regional meetings in liaison with external service providers including travel to visit potential venues
  • Taking minutes of various management meetings and distributing to appropriate stakeholder
  • Dealing with routine queries and requests for information both internally and externally
  • Maintain, update and suggest/make improvements to databases, e-systems, procedures to improve efficiency
  • Dealing with a high volume of confidential information

The successful candidate for the role of Team Assistant will:

  • Have been working in a similar role before
  • Have the ability to accurately take minutes of meetings
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships

In return the Team Assistant will receive a basic salary of £32-33,000. You will also receive 24 days holiday plus bank holidays and the opportunity to take extra days as part of your benefits package. Cycle to work scheme. 38 hours per week, Monday-Friday, early finish on Friday – 2.30pm.
