Team Administrator - Handover to take place in the office. Role will be hybrid between offices in Twickenham and home (As covid restrictions allow)

To start at the beginning of January 2022 - for 3 - 6 months. Up to £16 per hour, dependent on experience + holiday pay and parking available on request.

37.5 hours per week. 

As Team Administrator, you will provide full administrative support to a team of Directors, so of the key responsibilities will include: 

  • Calendar management - including scheduling of all meetings
  • Finance admin support - raising POs, requisitions, new suppliers, expenses and invoice payments
  • Organise both internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, dissemination of paperwork in a timely manner and writing minutes/actions.
  • Support with recruitment - updating the recruitment system with vacancy updates and scheduling interviews 
  • Develop strong relationships with the Directors and represent them effectively both within the directorate and when dealing with external stakeholders

To be successful for this position of Team Administrator you will have:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles in a commercial or public sector environment.
  • Previous experience of providing administrative support to senior individuals
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Strong planner, highly organised with the ability to support others in a busy environment.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and ability to navigate and search the internet.
  • Demonstrates sensitivity and confidentiality when dealing with information.

Hourly rate: £14-£16ph plus holiday pay - Hours: 9-5.30
