Talent Acquisition Specialist
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months - Combination of home working and office based. Up to £315 per day + holiday pay (Equivalent to 33 days of approx £5000 over the 12 months). PAYE ONLY
Fast growing, award winning global technology company requires a Talent Acquisition Specialist that will provide immediate support to the Commercial / Sales area of the business, to partner and influence to attain growth hiring targets, quarter on quarter, year on year.

As the leading Service Management, service provider, its platform with numerous applications and features is aimed at optimising business workflows, automating routine service tasks, and resolving complex customer issues.
As a key member of the Sales & Professional Services hiring team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for:
- Partnering with hiring managers, HR Business partners, FP&A partners, hiring leaders, developing deep relationships and interactions required to attract and higher the best talent at scale.
- Ensuring, quality, speed and rigor are aligned in the hiring process:
- Delivering the talent
- Construct and craft complex talent sorting campaigns and deliver on these to attain hiring targets.
- Delivering a world class candidate experience - owning and driving the candidate experience for all of your hires, heavily leveraging and partnering to deliver the best possible experience for all of our candidates, regardless of hiring outcome.
To fulfil the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist you will have:
- Definitive experience of performing a recruiter role, in-house, ideally hiring Sales / commercial staff across EMEA
- Proven experience of sourcing and delivering talent at scale across a variety of roles and countries
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Team player, who recognises team and company values
