Service Support Manager - 30k – 35k - Local to Wimbledon

One of the UK’s leading commercial catering equipment organisations, who are specialists in their field, supplying, maintaining and servicing equipment, require a Service Support Manager, to manage a small team of office-based service administrators to ensure that all interactions with their clients are dealt with swiftly and accurately.

In the role of Service Support Manager, you will not only lead, mentor and support a small team, you will also be required to be cover and be reactive to service calls as required.

Some of the other key responsibilities of the Service Support Manager will also include:

  • Managing the service diary and allocating resources as needed
    • Organising delivery of parts to assigned job or engineers.
  • Maximising route planning of service engineers to optimise productivity.
  • Tracking daily revenues, to oversee financial performance.
  • Reviewing the engineers overtime timesheets to ensure they are accurate. 
  • Support the general running of the office, facilitating administration and managing the relevant email inboxes.

To fulfil the role of Service Support Manager you will have / be:

  • Recent service support / service desk experience 
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with first class attention to detail
  • Good IT skills, previous experience logging and raising tickets on internal systems
    • Ability to assist users who are using the remote support tool 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
  • Problem solving skills and project management.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and to deliver business objectives.
  • Experience of using Clik a distinct advantage

Salary 30k – 35k, based local to Wimbledon.

Immediate start, permanent position, to be based within the offices.
