Service Helpdesk Coordinator- 25k – Wimbledon

One of the UK’s leading commercial organisations, who are specialists in their field with supplying, maintaining and servicing catering equipment require an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator, to provide clients with efficient support and to be the "go-to person."  In return you will receive a salary of £25,000 - free on-site parking. annual bonus and the opportunity to develop and progress. 

As Service Helpdesk Coordinator - working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, you will be responsible for supporting the Service Desk Manager, ensuring calls are assigned and dealt with in a professional and timely manner. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking calls from customer and allocating and booking engineers to clients 
  • Utilising third party supplier systems to order parts for their customers
  • Coordinating with the company service providers to arrange services for customers 
  • Logging jobs on the internal CRM system 
  • Deal with reactive quotations within a cost effective and timely manner

To fulfil the role of Service Helpdesk Coordinator you will have / be:

  • Previous experience within a helpdesk or service desk environment preferred 
  • Strong customer service and administration skills 
  • Excellent eye for detail and accuracy 
  • First class communication skills 
  • Experience in CRM systems

Salary 25k, based local to Wimbledon. Free parking plus bonus
