Senior Customer Care Advisor 

12 month contract 

Well known European luxury product brand, require an experienced customer care advisor to be responsible for sales order management across the UK and Europe. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on providing first class customer service and to be a key contact for specified customers and ensure their needs for information and support are covered efficiently. 

This role is based in Central Richmond and comes with a competitive salary & excellent benefits. 

In the role of senior customer care advisor your key responsibilities will include:  

  • Answering calls and emails, ensuring all orders and enquiries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner 
  • Supporting the sales team, through building efficient and effective commercial relationships with customers 
  • Taking the lead with escalations, issues and checking accuracy of larger customers 
  • Processing sales orders and order management for customers across UK and Europe 
  • Working closely with the Finance team to ensure pricing/invoicing queries and credit claims are resolved 
  • Managing order management process against agreed customer expectations 
  • Documenting standard operating procedures, review and update to improve efficiency 
  • Working with the planning & logistics teams to ensure stock is available to supply customers 

To complete the role of senior customer care advisor you will have: 

  • Proven customer service experience, working with orders of products 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Understanding of  the process of logistics operation 
  • Very strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • The ability to prioritise whilst maintaining orderly accurate and up to date paperwork. 
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
