Sales Trainer - Global Sales Development

Circa £190 per day
In this fast growing, dynamic, award winning, global technology company the role of Sales Trainer will provide support to the Global Sales Development team to deliver training for new personnel coming in to the company as well as ongoing programs.
The company was established over 15 years ago and now works across 27 countries and employs over 10,000 people. As the leading Service Management, service provider, its platform with numerous applications and features is aimed at optimising business workflows, automating routine service tasks, and resolving complex customer issues.
As Sales Trainer you will be responsible for delivering presentations on-boarding workshops and assisting with content development.
Some of the other areas of responsibility in the role will include:
- Deliver role specific training curricula within time and budget constraints, including follow-up coaching and support
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
- Working closely with all areas of the business to identify ongoing training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
- Present effectively as well as motivate large classrooms in the communication of complex topics
To fulfil the role of Sales Trainer, not only would you have experience working in dynamic business development and full-sales cycle organisations, you will also have/be:
- Previous training and/or program management experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining short response times
- Natural ability to work independently and create "client ready" deliverables
- A superb communicator, both written and verbal
- Proven experience of selecting the right communication medium and methods for audience, analysing the user experience and always manage expectations
This is a contract role, paid on a day rate
