As a long established, growing company, the role of Sales Support Administrator is an integral part of the company. You will enjoy being part of a fast growing business and the opportunities that brings to ambitious individuals, free lunch, pension and more. Hours are 6.30-4.30pm.

As Sales Support Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the field based team with the following tasks:

  • Complete data records by recording names, addresses and contact data in the CRM system (full system training will be given)
  • Make outbound phone calls to qualify leads
  • Take inbound calls and handle customer enquiries 
  • Follow up on marketing activities and leads
  • Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
  • Assist sales team with data entries into CRM system and managing diaries
  • Handle follow up tasks from face-2-face meetings conducted by field sales team
  • Support sales team by producing support materials for meetings and tasks.

The successful candidate for the role of Sales Support Administrator will:

Have worked with a sales, business development, field sales, telesales or account management team and be results driven, have good time management, customer service/telemarketing experience. 

In return the Sales Support Administrator will receive a basic salary of £24-27,000.
