Sales Manager - Finance

Innovative, established, but growing boutique accountancy, payroll and tax specialist require an experienced Sales Manager to be responsible for attending client meetings and closing the opportunity to expand the business and overall client base. 

Working across the region of South East England, you will be supported by a team of lead generators and appointment setters, enabling you to be on the road and attending at least 2 meetings per day. In addition to this, you will also be required to make a volume of calls to current and new businesses.  

As an experienced Sales Manager, with a background in banking, finance, accountancy or professional services, you will be required to:

  • Attend meetings with potential clients and closing sales 
  • Management of lead generators, who are actively generating leads via social media
  • Develop sales strategies, reaching established targets 
  • Keep up to date with products and competitors 
  • Management of CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) 
  • Demonstrate and presenting products 
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings 

To be considered for the role of Sales Manager you will have: 

  • Proven B2B sales, gained within banking, finance, accountancy or professional services environment 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with SME Business Owners as well as CFO's/CEO's 
  • Excellent negotiation skills 
  • It is essential that you are a car owner/driver - mileage is paid. 

In return you will receive a competitive salary, base 42k - 44k with a realistic opportunity to earn another 10k on top 

You can be based in and around South East England and work from any of their offices, which range from London City, to Southampton.
