Recruitment Coordinator - This is a fixed term contract for 12 months with possible extension beyond that point. 

Hybrid working - 1 day per week onsite - Opportunity to work from Central London or Staines £150 per day + holiday pay. PAYE / £39,000

As a fast growing, award winning global technology company the role of Recruitment Coordinator, will provide full administrative support to a team of internal recruiters.

The company was established over 15 years ago and now works across 27 countries and employs over 10,000 people. As the leading Service Management, service provider, its platform with numerous applications and features is aimed at optimising business workflows, automating routine service tasks, and resolving complex customer issues.

As a key member of the talent acquisition team, the Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Owning all candidate coordination for several different business groups.
  • Organise often complex telephone, video conference and face to face interviews involving hiring managers at all levels of the organisation, as well as team members in different time zones and locations.
  • Create offer letters and contracts for external and internal candidates within assigned business groups. 
  • Ensure successful onboarding is planned prior to a new hire’s start date, including initiation of background check, coordination of new starter information and completion of new hire onboarding tasks.  
  • Create an outstanding experience for candidates and new hires alike, in partnership with our Global Talent, Workplace Services and IT teams
  • Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates

To fulfil the role of Recruitment Coordinator you will have:

  • Previous experience working in coordination, executive assistant, HR assistant or customer service role. Most preferable you will have worked with recruitment teams
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills—you must demonstrate efficiency at time/workload management.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A commitment to accuracy and detail whilst also having a strong sense of urgency
  • Flexibility and initiative—this role may require you to execute outside of regular business hours
  • IT literate with strong MS Office – with emphasis on Word and Excel 

This is a fixed term contract for approximately 12 months with possible extension beyond that point.
