The organisation was established in the 1960's re-branding in the early 90's and has over 1800 members.

As Receptionist you will be responsible for:

  • Being the main contact point for members, non-members or visitors
  • Front of House position requiring constant engagement with members and non-members
  • Working in the office, using the membership database effectively and working in related areas in accordance with strategies, policies and procedures as defined by the Association.
  • Supporting the Office Manager to manage enrolment periods using the database enrolment system
  • Answering telephone and emails
  • Answering all phone calls, enquiries, emails and meet and greet visitors
  • Working with coaching team and other office staff to ensure communication with members is up to date - this includes working with Heads of Discipline, Management staff members and ensuring information is sent regularly to those on waiting lists to keep waiting customers up to date with class availability, camps, courses, workshops and other events
  • Assisting with Management of Membership
  • Working through waiting lists to fill classes

The successful candidate for the role of Receptionist will:

  • Have experience of working within a previous Receptionist or Front of House or Customer service role

In return the Receptionist will receive a basic salary of £22,000. 9.30am-5.30pm working hours, no weekend working.
