Receptionist - Full and part-time hours, so flexibility is required. Full list of hours can be found below. £10 - £12 per hour depending on experience.
This is initially a 4 week temporary booking - it could extend beyond this.
One of the UK's leading clinic's for advanced skincare treatments and innovative solutions requires an experienced, professional receptionist to provide front of house services, within one of their clinic environments.
Working as part of a busy team, as receptionist, you will:
- Welcoming clients and ensuring paperwork is completed where required
- Answering calls and taking messages
- Making bookings on the internal computerised system
- Ensuring the clinic is clean, tidy and presentable at all times
To fulfil this role as receptionist you will have:
- Proven reception / front of house experience, ideally from a similar environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable
As they are a clinic environment, they are following Public Health England guidance and working in a covid safe way. Face coverings will be required.
Hours - you will need to be happy working the following hours. £10 - £12 per hour, dependent on experience.
W/c 2nd August - Tuesday 9am - 6pm, Wed & Thurs - 12pm - 8pm, Friday 9am - 6pm & Saturday - 9am - 6pm
W/c 9th August & ongoing - Wednesday 12pm - 8pm, Friday 9am - 6pm & Saturday 9am - 5pm
