Property Manager 

Prestigious, well established estate agency, require a property manager to provide a full property management service for their landlords.

Based in Richmond. Use of a pool car, but full clean drivers license is essential 

In this busy and varied role you will be required to manage a portfolio of properties, in and around the Richmond upon Thames area. Your primary responsibilities will include: 

  • Answering general maintenance queries and emergency phone calls 
  • Dealing with all general inquiries and resolve reported issues accordingly 
  •  Acting as a central point of contact for all landlords, tenants, managing agents and contractors 
  • Instructing maintenance works, obtaining quotes and approvals and ensuring completion of the work 
  • Maintain quality of properties, carrying out regular inspections & raising reports 
  • Completing all administrative functions to ensuring accuracy of tenancy agreements 
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords after check-out, managing damage claims, disputes in accordance with ARLA regulations and deposit returns 

To perform the role of Property Manager you will have: 

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multi-task in a high pressured environment 
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proven work experience from a property environment, ideally lettings 
  • knowledge of the local area 
  • A clean driving licence

Based in Richmond 

£22,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience.
