Project Administrator

Leading scientific organisation require an experienced administrator with strong IT skills and excellent organisational skills to support their change activities across the business.

As project administrator, you will work closely with the Portfolio lead and Head of Transformation to help facilitate the smooth operation of the Department and change governance.  Some of the day to day activities will include: 

  • Support the delivery a portfolio of projects and programmes with a wide range of administrative and project support activities
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, compiling and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Coordinating submission of papers
  • Working with Portfolio lead to support other governance workshops
  • Handling requests for information and data, prepare written responses and reports
  • Preparing and modifying documents including, report and emails

To complete the role of project administrator you will have: 

  • First class organisational and communication skills 
  • Proven experience of managing your own workload and prioritie
  • Ability to work with little supervision.
  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience of supporting change or transformation teams highly desirable 

£12 - £13 per hour
