This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and outgoing project Administrator to work within a dynamic team helping  coordinate this important campaign on behalf of their client who is a known charity. This charity has expanded globally since its launch in 2005, You will be the main point of contact for all project stakeholders providing efficient information, advice and support in respect to the campaign.

Person Specification

You will need to be very customer orientated with excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Your strong administrative, organisational and IT skills, along with experience in dealing with volunteers, will demonstrate you have the ability to manage a variety of tasks in an accurate and timely manner to meet strict deadlines. be enthusiastic, conscientious and a reliable team player with a can-do attitude and a hardworking approach.

Project Coordination

  • Support good communication between all key stakeholders including the campaign Management Team, ISH representatives, industry collaborators, research and academic collaborators, and project volunteers at all participating sites worldwide
  • Coordinate the logistics of worldwide resource and equipment distribution
  • Process invoices and track project expenditure against the annual budget
  • Coordinate and assist in the production of campaign publications
  • Develop and maintain a tracking system for all screening activity and facilitate the timely collection of results.
  • Maintain the campaign database and assist in the production of written reports and presentations as required by the campaign Management Team
  • Review all guidance notes on an annual basis and prepare any further documents as required
  • Ensure all documentation is translated or adapted locally to maximise the global impact of the campaign.
  • Perform any other duties which may be required by the campaign management team for the satisfactory delivery of the 

Campaign Marketing:

  • Write, maintain and update content for the dedicated website pages, ensuring that the latest information is available.
  • Actively engage in all social media platforms to promote the campaign globally.
  • Communicate the aims and objectives of the campaign and encourage engagement to all stakeholders
  • Assist with the production of media information to highlight the campaign objectives and results

Education and Experience

The successful candidate is likely to possess a high level of academic achievement, with a qualification or experience in project management, coordination or administration.

  • Have excellent time management skills with an eye for detail
  • Good communication and presentation skills and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills
  • Able to gather and interpret information for business research
  • Commercially aware and customer-focused
  • A positive and adaptable approach to problem solving
  • Experience of budgeting and financial management
  • Although our standard working hours are 09.00-17.30, Monday–Friday, longer hours may be required, particularly in the run up to the campaign when it is necessary to meet deadlines.

Very occasional weekend and evening may also be necessary for specific events.
