Senior PR Account Manager - Based in Richmond, Surrey - hybrid of office and home working. 30k - 35k + holidays and pension.
Dynamic PR organisation for the hospitality sector, requires an experienced, Senior PR Account Manager, adept with working with clients at a strategic and operational level to play a hands-on role across dedicated key accounts, nurturing direct relationships and assisting in the development of the overall client base.
Specialising in media relations, business building, marketing, events and public affairs, the organisation works on behalf of national and international clients.
As Senior PR Account Manager you will oversee day-today activity on your accounts and have the responsibility to pro-actively manage activity and media requirements.
Some of the key responsibilities in the role of Senior PR Account Manager will also include:
- Pro-active client liaison, account development and relationship building
- Understand a client brief and in turn deliver a positive message
- Create communications that deliver results through
- On-time reporting, and strong management of client activity.
- Active involvement in new business presentations.
- Event management and communication.
To fulfil the role of Senior PR Account Manager you will have / be:
- Highly motivated and passionate, experience in public relations, preferably including agency side experience
- Solid writing skills across a range of styles; press releases; features; case studies and new media applications such as blogs and Twitter.
- Experienced in social media application
- Excellent client handling skills and experience of working across multiple clients and juggling workloads
- Flexibility, with excellent attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines, multi-tasker with first class time management skills
- Proven media relations experience and excellent media contacts
