One of London's premier hospitality groups requires a proactive and experienced Operations/Assistant General Manager to head up the leadership team, add strategic value and create exceptional customer experiences, at an exciting phase of growth, within the business.
As an established, but expanding business, their unique venues requires someone who understands the importance of working within a prestigious entertainment venue.
In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of circa 40k and after a qualifying period a group profit share and the opportunity to learn and lead further.
As Operations Manager, you will:
- Be point of contact between the management of the restaurant and existing clubs and HQ.
- Utilise your creativity and market awareness by supervising promotions to maximise the potential of the clubs and restaurant.
- You will oversee the HR function for the venues with responsibility for the management who recruit their own internal team.
- You will be involved in wage structures and other benefits to attract the best employees.
- Assisting with the launch of a new restaurant therefore you will be involved in liaising with property managers, building suppliers to oversee the refurbishment and the potential to source new opportunities.
- Contribute to strategy and leadership meetings

- Assist with finding potential new locations
- Help drive group profitability
To fulfil the role of Operations Manager you will have/be:
- Proven operational support experience, gained within the hospitality or entertainment industry
- Great communication skills with a naturally outgoing personality
- Keen to add strategic value and create exceptional customer experiences
- Full drivers licence and your own car (mileage expenses paid)
- Team player, to support a small but dedicated team
Based in Kingston upon Thames - Must be car owner and driver
Standard hours 40 hours per week, when in the office, core hours 10:30am - 6pm - must be happy to work 2 - 3 evenings per week
