This is an exciting opportunity to join a recently created new estate agency in Wimbledon Village. Financially independent but with the full backing of 70 year plus, family-owned property related businesses. You will enjoy an excellent salary, company profit share and bonus. The successful candidate will form part of the senior management team to drive the overall success of the business with the very best annual salary, and discretionary company profit share, the role offers career progression and a chance to excel at the very top end of the property market. It would suit a self-starting, highly motivated person who could contribute to the co-running of the business.

As the Office Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing office policies
  • Creating and maintaining a filing & key management system which includes electronic archiving
  • Maintaining corporate policy procedures & documents
  • Staff employment files
  • Sick days & holiday records
  • H&S requirements
  • Supporting the sales/letting process where necessary
  • Following up with solicitors, consultants & clients when required
  • ­Write & create property brochures, flyers, marketing materials, window cards
  • Arrange EPCs
  • Place properties on the web / management of advertising
  • Arranging floorplans, photos etc
  • Creating mail merges, running reports & mail outs
  • Arrange viewings and survey appointments
  • Ordering property boards & overseeing QR Code installation
  • Overseeing brand standards for external documentation and material
  • Creating non-property marketing material
  • Considering and implementing new marketing strategies.
  • Business partnerships with local brands.
  • Social media oversite & contributions
  • Assisting with events.
  • Taking/managing videos and photographs via mobile phones to contribute to social media output.

The successful candidate for the role of Office Manager will have:

  • Excellent administration skills with exceptional organisational ability and communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Estate Agency experience preferred.
  • A good understanding of marketing techniques and technology
  • An excellent level of IT ability including Word, Excel, Outlook, Dropbox and PowerPoint. Basic accounting/bookkeeping would be useful.
  • Being attentive to details with the ability to take the initiative, work alone if required and make considered and responsible decisions as required.
  • A confident outgoing personality, calm under pressure and with a hardworking approach and a flexible attitude to taking on other duties when necessary.
  • Ideally, use of own car

In return the Office Manager will receive a basic salary of £40,000, discretionary company profit share plus further benefits.
