Office Manager - Richmond - Hybrid working available

As an established, growing consultancy the role of Office Manager is an integral part of the company. You will enjoy a company bonus, health insurance, workplace pension and option to work one day per week from home.

The company was established over 10 years ago and is focused on working with the leadership teams of typically large (FTSE 250 or equiv.) companies with international organisations.

This is an opportunity for an experienced and ambitious individual to join a small, dynamic team and to play a central role in a growing business.

As Office Manager you will be responsible for:

Office Management

  • Office facilities and maintenance including supplier management, managing repairs, restocking inventory, answering phones

HR & People

  • Process payroll and holiday requests, oversee recruitment and onboarding and managing team contracts and documentation

Marketing & Brand

  • Support with company events and online platforms (website, social media, marketing comms)

Team Coordination

  • Organisation of team meetings, team events, advisory board dinners. Internal communication and business performance reporting

Legal

  • Maintain business insurance documentation, liaise with lawyers, where necessary

Finance

  • Bookkeeping, daily payments, VAT payments, expenses approval process

The successful candidate for the role of Office Manager will:

  • Have fairly experience working as an Operations / Office Manager 
  • Ideally, have experience working in both a small and large business
  • Be financially literate as will be working with management accounts on a regular basis
  • Have an understanding of UK payroll

In return the Office Manager will receive a basic salary of £40-45,000.
