Office Coordinator
Based close to Richmond, Surrey. Covid Safe office environment.
Bespoke & innovative interior design company, requires an experienced administrator, with a passion to work within a creative environment, to facilitate the efficient and proactive running of the office.
As an important pivot between the Directors and other stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge to learn about this award winning property styling business alongside your day to day administrative duties.
As the Office Coordinator, some of the key areas you will be responsible for, include:
- Responsibility for the overall well being and running of the office - including insurance policies and warranties
- Providing support to the bookkeeper to chase and pay invoices
- Record keeping - via Excel
- Ordering office and warehouse supplies
- Providing PA support to the Directors
The successful candidate, for the role of Office Coordinator will have:
- Proven administrative experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Accurate and keen eye for detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Advance level of Microsoft Office - in particular Excel
In return the office coordinator will receive a salary of circa 20k - 25k, dependent on experience. 23 days annual leave, company bonus (After a qualifying period) - some flexibility with home and office working, after an initial training period.
Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm.
