IT Helpdesk Support - £115 per day + Holiday Pay (33 days holiday per year) – PAYE basis - 12-month contract – Hybrid working available. Must travel to Staines upon Thames at least 1 day per week. 

As a fast growing, award winning global technology company the newly created role of IT Helpdesk Support requires someone to support their growing, global customer base, to be responsible for providing best-in-class support for their platform, to ensure a positive customer experience. 

The company was established over 15 years ago and now works across 27 countries and employs over 10,000 people.  As the leading Service Management, service provider, its platform with numerous applications and features is aimed at optimising business workflows, automating routine service tasks, and resolving complex customer issues.

As IT Helpdesk Support you will be responsible for:

  • Log cases on the IT Service Desk and maintain details of software/hardware problems detected
  • Provide initial triage technical support by answering customer inquiries, solving problems and providing product information via case, phone or email in a timely efficient manner. 

The successful candidate for the role of IT Helpdesk Support will have/be:

  • Experience providing support in a SaaS or cloud environment, highly desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical background or the ability to absorb technology quickly 
  • Prior experience of working in a helpdesk environment, resolving issues over the phone 
  • First class customer service skills

In return the IT Helpdesk Support will pay £115 per day plus 33 days holiday and the opportunity to work with a world leader in the tech industry in a collaborative and supported environment. Permanent opportunities to potentially follow an initial contract period.
