12 month contract, to start January 2021 through to December 2021

Circa £350 per day 

As a fast growing, award winning global technology company the role of Integrated Marketing Campaigns Manager UKI will deliver amazing experiences to customers and prospects.

The company was established over 15 years ago and now works across 27 countries and employs over 10,000 people.  As the leading Service Management, service provider, its platform with numerous applications and features is aimed at optimising business workflows, automating routine service tasks, and resolving complex customer issues.

As Integrated Marketing Campaigns Manager you will be required to develop, design and implement company product marketing and distribution programs tailored to the most effective channel and methods available to meet the needs of targeted customers.

Some of the other areas of responsibility in the role will include: 

  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of expanding and retaining business within our customer base, and acquiring net new customers
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns and use data to optimise performance and make recommendations back to the business
  • Collaborate with EMEA functional teams as well as external agencies, to deliver campaign activity
  • Blend on-line and off-line activity within a campaign to best target specific contacts/roles in target accounts and their careabouts
  • Test and trial new ideas for effectiveness

To fulfil the role of Integrated Marketing Campaigns Manager, not only will you have worked in a fast paced global technology marketing environment previously, you will also have proven experience of: 

  • Working on a variety of marketing campaigns from inception to completion, based around a customer journey
  • Working to organisational deadlines and KPI’s
  • Demonstrating interest in maintaining and developing marketing/communication skills, including current and future developments and trends.
  • Being prepared to challenge the status quo and actively seek out opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Managing an agency network
  • Operating in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision

 

This is a contract role, paid on a day rate
