HR Business Partner

This is an exciting opportunity for a Part Time (3 days a week) HR Business Partner who acts as a sparring partner for managers in all human resources issues and concerns. Through advising, coaching and leading managers, this function assures professional, effective and efficient human resources
management.
Main tasks

  • Moderation of work groups, workshops and team development measures
  • Consulting and support for the managers regarding typical HR-issues
  • Information on labour law matters regarding employees joining/leaving the company, contracts
  • Selection of personnel & filling, particularly of key positions (supported by recruiting)
  • Reflection on team composition and deduction of findings and perhaps measures in cooperation with the managers
  • Realisation of the annual salary planning in close cooperation with Compensation & Controlling
  • Definition of requirements regarding enhancement, organisation and coaching and alignment of respective measures
  • Clarification of HR-issues with the works council,Quantitative and qualitative support of the staff planning process
  • Conception and implementation of company-wide HR-instruments/projects such as performance management, talent management, retentions measures, job rotations, analyses of potentials etc.
  • Collaboration in the optimisation of HR-processes in order to fufill the main tasks mentioned above at the best support of company-wide change processes

Competence

  • Consulting competence regarding all HR-issues
  • Define the implementation plan for HR-instruments in their area of competence
  • Determine the scope of action for managers on an individual basis

Responsibility

  • Further development of a manager's basic understanding and leadership competences in their capacity as HR-manager of the area
  • Ensuring the application of company-wide HR-management instruments
  • Professional supervision and consulting for managers regarding HR-topics ensuring a future-oriented HR-policy in the entire group

Education

  • (Business) University
  • Business college (FH)

Know how & experience

  • 3-5 years job experience in the area of HR (OD, PD and/or classic HR-tasks)
  • Basic knowledge of labour law
  • Negotiating fluency in English
  • MS-Office, ideally SAP or HR-database systems
