HR Assistant - 12 month fixed term contract - Central Richmond, Surrey 27k - 30k 

An exciting time to join this dynamic, global organisation in the premium drinks industry who require a HR Assistant, to initially provide assistance from a Recruitment perspective and to provide general support to the HR and Recruitment team, during a period of high growth.

Fantastic 'state of the art' offices are based in Central Richmond and close by to Richmond station however, currently they are working from home. Free parking is also available.

As HR Assistant / Recruitment Coordinator your will be responsible for: 

  • Be first point of contact with candidates, ensuring they have any questions answered and applications responded to
  • Interview coordination - working with recruiters and hiring managers and external candidates
  • Placing adverts, internally and externally to promote new roles and generate top talent applying 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Assist with on-boarding of new starters to include pre-employment checks, collation of documentation, benefits administration and payroll requirements. Co-ordinate and deliver new starter first week one to one HR inductions ensuring all relevant policies and processes are shared and outstanding documentation is collected.
  • Working in partnership with other areas of HR to provide necessary information in support of HR Processes and wider HR Projects where required

To be considered for the role of HR Assistant / Recruitment Coordinator, you will have: 

  • Proven Recruitment Admin experience 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Attention to detail - to ensure accuracy when coordinating meetings and interviews 
  • Proactive and forward thinking

In return the HR Assistant / Recruitment Coordinator will receive a basic salary of £27,000-£30,000.  38 hours per week, Monday-Friday, early finish on Friday – 2.30pm.
