HR Advisor - [part time - To work within the office 3 days per week initially, ideally Monday to Wednesday but this can be flexible)

Long established, highly influential, international sports organisation requires an experienced HR Advisor with recruitment and payroll experience, to provide support over the summer months, to help with covering holidays across HR and facilities.
The organisation was established over 100 years ago to ensure the long-term growth and sustainability of the sport.
As HR Advisor you will be responsible for:

Recruitment: advertising internal & external - liaising with agencies/arranging Interviews

Action new starter/leavers checklists

Draft letters/contracts (starters/leavers/changes)

Monthly payroll & pension changes/checks

Updating our HR system with documents & data
To fulfil the role of HR Advisor you will have:
- Strong Administration skills, gained within an HR environment/role
- Experience of recruitment and selection
- Knowledge of payroll - checking prior to submission
- Excellent attention to details
- Strong communication skills
