HR Administrator     

Exclusive private members club, which offers social, dining and sporting activities requires an experienced administrator to provide support to this small but busy HR team, who are responsible for all areas of HR, including benefits, recruitment, employee relations and training. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain exposure in to an HR department and develop their career within this field. In return you will receive a salary of £25,000 + excellent benefits, including free parking, meals whilst on duty, annual bonus scheme and annual performance pay review. 

As HR Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the HR inbox and answering calls to the department 
  • Processing HR related administration, including new starter and leaver documents 
  • Check weekly timesheets and liaise with finance department as required 
  • Coordinate training courses and attendees 
  • Placing recruitment adverts and review job descriptions 
  • Minute taking 

To fulfil the role of HR Administrator you will have;

  • Proven administration experience 
  • Strong interest in HR
