Executive Assistant / PA to Leadership Team - To start in January 2022 until filled permanently

2 - 3 days in the office (MUST be a Tuesday) Remote the rest of the week. Based in Richmond, Surrey. Immediate start - must commit on an on-going basis. 

If interested in the permanent role, it will be based Richmond & Frimley once placed permanent. 

International, well-known brand name organisation, requires an experienced PA/Leadership Team Assistant to join their amazing team.

You’ll be the ultimate guardian and gatekeeper of the Leadership Team. You’ll partner and support them and their teams to efficiently and effectively grow the business and brands.

Responsibilities :  

  • Managing and driving the European calendar drumbeat of activities, meetings and events
  • Managing the agendas, writing notes/actions & ensuring meeting attendees are fully prepped
  • Provide admin support for the leadership team (diary, travel, expenses, organising meetings/offsites, creation of decks/information packs)
  • Budget tracking (where applicable)
  • Custodian of internal comms
    • Co-ordination of people announcements (in conjunction with the HR team)
    • Communicating key business messages on behalf of the leadership team
  • Purchase orders
  • Support and back fill for the Office Manager
  • Partner with Office Manager mand gatekeepers in Europe to organise Europe wide events
  • Partner with Office Manager to organise UK office based events
  • Involvement in ad hoc projects

 Experience you will bring :
