Executive Assistant to  CEO

Rapidly expanding drinks agency who are passionate about what they do have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PA/EA to support their CEO and founder of the business.

In this newly created role, you will be required to create a first class working partnership with the CEO, to help expand the business further. You will get the opportunity to learn about up and coming luxury spirit brands and provide support with unique sales opportunities with HNWI and specialist projects.

In return you will be provided with a salary of between 35k - 40k and benefits, including the day off for your birthday

As Executive Assistant to CEO, some of main responsibilities will include: 

⦁    Prioritising CEO’s tasks and deadlines
⦁    Full access to CEO email and white mail, responding on their behalf – summarising key issues/points of interest and reporting back
⦁    Acting as a first point of contact/gatekeeper: dealing with correspondence and phone calls – internal and external
⦁    Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
⦁    Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
⦁    Organising/attending events and conferences
⦁    Project management – bespoke projects, ability to manage end to end and update CEO
⦁    Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
⦁    Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
⦁    Collating and filing expenses
⦁    Personal assistance (booking travel, MOT’s, Cleaners)

To be considered for the role of Executive Assistant to CEO you will have / be:

⦁    Proven PA/EA experience - ideally for someone who had never had a PA previously 
⦁    Excellent communication skills - experience of liaising across all levels of seniority and dealing with HNWI from a sales perspective
⦁    Display absolute confidentiality and discretion
⦁    Personable - ability to get things done while maintaining relationships
⦁    A proactive, positive can-do attitude
⦁    Excellent attention to detail and extremely well-organised – ensuring high standards are maintained and every detail covered
⦁    Flexible - happy to receive communications outside of ‘normal’ work hours.
