Events Administrator     

Exclusive private members club, which offers social, dining and sporting activities requires an experienced administrator to provide support to this small but busy Events team, who are responsible for their members in-house Events. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain exposure in to an Events department. In return you will receive a salary of £25,000 + excellent benefits, including free parking, meals whilst on duty, annual discretionary bonus scheme and annual performance pay review. 

As Events Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • To assist the Member Events Team in the organisation of the social programme and leisure activities
  • Liaise with committee members and members of the club
  • Booking rooms for events and social activities 
  • Distribute agendas, minutes and related papers for the Committees
  • To attend and minute meetings as required
  • Assist the Member Events team in the smooth running of the events

To fulfil the role of Events Administrator you will have;

  • Proven administration experience 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • First class attention to detail
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Ideally experience of taking minutes of meetings desirable

Hours: 35 Hour week Monday to Friday with the occasional evening or weekend with time of in lieu

Salary 25K plus excellent benefits
