Ecommerce Assistant 

Newly founded, but rapidly growing Ecommerce business, specialising in a range of products designed to help improve indoor air quality requires an Ecommerce Assistant to manage the customer sales orders, fulfilment and inventory management in line with agreed SLA and KPI's

You will enjoy working as part of a small, friendly, collaborative team in offices in Richmond. You will be given excellent training and an opportunity to progress as the company continues to grow. This is a new role created due to business growth and you will receive a salary of £23,000 plus benefits. 

As Ecommerce Assistant some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Order Processing 
  • Order fulfilment - Picking, packing and shipping items 
  • Inventory Management 
  • Supplier Liaison 
  • Warehouse organisation 
  • Supporting marketing team 
  • Responding to customer/order enquiries via email and phone

To fulfil the role of Ecommerce Assistant you will have: 

  • Previous experience within a sales admin or warehouse admin role 
  • Experience of CRM/Business Administration systems
  • Excellent IT skills 
  • First class customer service experience 
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease 
  • Naturally be a process driven person 
  • Happy with manual handling/warehouse stock management (Not heavy lifting)
