Delegate Manager
International organisation, specialising in business meeting forums within a variety of sectors, requires a self motivated, customer focussed individual, to join their established and growing US team (supporting from the UK) US Hours for part of the week, will be required 11am - 7:30pm
Working from their offices based local to Richmond, with free parking on site, you will receive a salary of between 27k - 30k + commission dependent on experience and the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis within a relaxed team environment.
As Delegate Manager you will be targeted to deliver a senior delegate (buying) audience for one or more of their forums.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Working to monthly and cumulative targets as agreed with the project manager
- Confirmed delegates
- Invitations sent
- New records sourced
- Manage database of circa 10,000 records
- Create batch invitations to be sent via email at regular intervals
- Plan & execute regular email marketing schedule
- Promote event via social media
- Liaison with internal stakeholders
- Reporting
- Point of contact for delegates attending events
To fulfil the role of Delegate Manager you will have / be:
- Happy to work a combination of hours, either 9am - 5:30pm or 11am - 7:30pm
- Excellent customer care background, good at building relationships with people at a senior level
- Strong IT skills
- Organised and efficient
- Sales and persuasion skills
- Confident telephone manner
