Customer Support Assistant

Surbiton, Surrey (will initially start from home)

International digital imaging brand requires a Customer Support Assistant with good computer skills, including email/internet/Microsoft Office and strong customer service experience, either office or retail, to provide first-class support to its internal and external customers.

As the Customer Support Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a high level of service suport and administration for all customers
  • Answering telephone enquiries as well as dealing with customers via emails, formal letters, and face to face at events, on occasion 
  • Ensuring essential admin tasks are carried out whenever necessary to provide an essential and effective repair service

The successful candidate for the role of Customer Support Assistant will:

  • Have strong IT skills and excellent customer service experience
  • Have good grammar and spelling and the ability to write a business email
  • Have min. 2 A levels or equivalent at grade C or above and 5 GCSEs grade C and above with B or above in English language

In return, the Customer Support Assistant will receive a basic salary of £18,000-19,000. You will also receive 27 days holiday plus bank holidays. The company offers a company pension, private medical care, travel allowance, discount on products and more. Hours are 9-5.30 with an early finish on Fridays.
