Order Processing / Customer Service Executive - Richmond, Surrey. - Fluent spoken and written German essential. WFH & Office based. Temp for up to 3 months.
International, well-known brand name organisation, requires an experienced German speaking Customer Service Associate to join their amazing team based in Richmond. Mix of office/WFH - in the new year, likely this will increase to 4 days in the office. As Order processing / Customer Service Executive, you will be well versed in developing strong relationships with customer contacts to help deliver world class service, whilst balancing business needs. Reporting to the UK Supply Chain Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately & precisely enter/process orders in SAP within 24 hours of receipt
- Processing EDI orders
- Resolving blocked EDI orders to ensure orders don’t get stuck in the matrix
- Provide a world class service to their customers
- Be the point of contact for resolution of day to day delivery / order / service issues / returns for customer
- Upon request, provide customer specific service updates to key stakeholders
- Manage an effective and efficient relationship with our warehouse & logistics partner
- Provide ad-hoc support
- Provide cover within the existing CSA team for other grocery/retail/wholesale/e-comm customers where required
- Support local sales team with ad hoc volume requests, order details, product queries, samples requests
- Work with our finance team to resolve customer stock queries
To fulfil the role of Order processing / Customer Service Executive, you will have / be:
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Proven customer service in a B2B operation, ideally FMCG
- Great positive communication skills, both internally and externally while demonstrating passion, patience and empathy
- Working knowledge of SAP in an FMCG environment desirable but not essential
- Consistently high standards & high attention to detail
Immediate start - Working from home and Richmond, Surrey - up to £18 per hour + holiday pay. Fluent written and spoken German essential** SAP desirable
